Sooooo pretty. You must walk this wooded property with rolling hills to appreciate. It's amazing to see the sun shine through the hardwoods. There are two possible building sites that overlook the beautiful wetland in the middle. One possible building site is to the N. off from the gravel. The 2nd possible building site is off from the paved road. Both with an amazing view. There may be a possible 3rd if you wanted to have a driveway off from the lake side. (always check w/the township for approval) There is natural gas on the drive on the E. side of the property. You can probably bring natural gas in from that side. Call the gas company to make sure. Walk it today.
