This is a great starter religious facility, sanctuary, fellowship hall, office and classroom. The building also comes with a grass lot at 2440 Wendell (30 ft by 100 ft).

Sanctuary Capacity - Over 100 persons in pews. The sanctuary is approx. 40 ft by 22 ft. The altar is on a slightly elevated platform (a baptismal pool is at the rear of the altar).

Fellowship Hall - approx 28ft by 10ft in the lower level of the building.

Parking - A grass lot 30 ft by 100 ft is on the east side of the street. Surface street parking is also available on both sides of Wendell
