This is a very nice 36 x 36 heated pole barn and it has been petitioned off and partially finished to make separate rooms. There are 3 sleeping areas upstairs and there is lots of storage space in the attic area. A 12 x 36 lean-to is great for extra storage and the deck runs almost the full length of the building. There is also a well and septic system as well as a hidden "safe" room and a security system. Great area for 4-wheeling and hunting. Beautifully wooded with a variety of trees including apple... and 2 wildlife ponds. There is a very nice 5th wheel with a slide out that is also included. A great "up north" getaway.
